What is Juvederm®?

Juvederm® is a minimally invasive injectable dermal filler treatment that can add to the volume and shape of your naturally thin lips, smooth away unwanted signs of aging, and add volume to sunken or hollowed features in the face for an overall rejuvenated, radiant appearance. How is Juvederm® Administered?

All of our Juvederm® treatments are performed in our beautiful, boutique medical spa by one of our expert medical professionals. Before your Juvederm® treatment begins, a topical anesthetic may be applied to your treatment area to ensure you are as comfortable as possible throughout your treatment. Once numb, a series of Juvederm® injections will be carefully and strategically made into your treated area, typically the lips or around the face. The entire treatment process typically takes under an hour to complete. Juvederm® is a minimally invasive treatment, therefore clients typically return to their normal daily activities - including work, immediately following their appointment.

What Results Can I Expect from Juvederm®?

Immediately following your Juvederm® treatment, you may experience some swelling, tenderness, and bruising in your treated area. This is normal and typically subsides on its own within a few days of treatment. While you will see some results of your Juvederm® treatment immediately following your appointment, ultimate results will become visible once all your swelling goes down - about a week following your treatment. Juvederm® treatments typically last for up to one year, so we recommend coming in for regular treatments every 12 months to maintain your desired results.
