Katrina Riley, MSN, APRN-C
Katrina has over 15 years of experience in the aesthetic industry and over 10 years of experience with aesthetic injections and facial rejuvenation.
Specializing in the Art and Science of Aesthetic Medicine, Katrina has a strong passion and dedication for delivering the finest aesthetic results to her clients. She takes pride in providing beautiful and natural results and is known for her gentle touch, attention to detail, and aesthetic eye.
Katrina holds her National Certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Master’s Degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from South University in Tampa.
Katrina is a National Educator and Injector Trainer for Galderma Aesthetics, providing education and hands-on training for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. She attends National and International continuing education courses each year, most recently attending advanced trainings abroad in London, Oslo, and Paris.
Katrina has been invited to sit on the 2020-2021 GAIN Virtual Advisory Board along with some of the most talented and well-respected injectors across the Nation.
When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, surfing, snowboarding, volunteering and spending time with her husband and young son.

Katrina owns and operates the boutique Med Spa, ÉLAN Aesthetics, located in Hyde Park Village in the heart of South Tampa, Florida.

Lindsey Cronk, MSN, APRN-BC
Lindsey provides an individualized approach to treating patients through cutting edge non-surgical methods, and continues to stay up-to-date on new injection techniques to provide her patients with optimal results. She continues to keep up with current trends and attends Local, National, and International continued education courses each year. Most recently, she also attended advanced aesthetic trainings abroad in London, England and Oslo, Norway with her business partner, Katrina Riley.
When Lindsey is not busy running a small business and seeing clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young son. Lindsey’s little boy absolutely loves trucks, dinosaurs and is learning to talk. They enjoy going to the beach, traveling and hiking together.
Lindsey Cronk, MSN, APRN-BC
Lindsey is a Nurse Practitioner and holds her certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2009 and her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2014. Lindsey worked as a Nurse and then Nurse Practitioner in a variety of capacities until ultimately finding her passion for aesthetics in 2015.

Lisa Prevatt, MSN, APRN-BC
Lisa is a board-certified advanced practice nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2014, then a master's degree in 2017; both were obtained through the University of South Florida.
As a registered nurse, Lisa applied her clinical skills and compassion for the community by caring for pediatric patients with hematological/oncological diseases at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa. As a nurse practitioner, Lisa has treated a myriad of medical conditions, both locally and across the U.S.
Lisa found her passion in aesthetics and believes that people deserve to feel and look their best! She holds a certificate from the Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE).
Having parents who are deaf, Lisa understands how crucial communication is for establishing and maintaining trust in families and out in the community. She is fluent in American Sign Language.
When she’s not engaged in research or attending aesthetic conferences, Lisa enjoys time with friends and family. She’s also the mother of four adopted furry animals!

As a registered nurse, she gained experience working at St. Joseph's Hospital and Tampa Outpatient Surgical Facility. Her love for aesthetics developed while working in a fast-paced plastic surgery office as a peri-operative, intra-operative and PACU nurse. Sandra began her career as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in hand/upper extremity orthopedic surgery as a first assistant in the operating room. Realizing her true passion resided in the aesthetic industry, she transitioned specialties and gained experience in facial and full body plastic surgery.
Sandra continues her education through her involvement in associations and by attending aesthetic conferences. Her commitment to staying informed on the latest advancements and innovative techniques within Aesthetic Medicine is pivotal in delivering exceptional care to her clients. She is dedicated to serving her clients and helping them achieve their aesthetic goals, regain confidence, and restore their youth. Her top priority is instilling trust and educating her clients to cooperatively develop a premier plan of care.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, yoga and living a healthy lifestyle.

Inga Yakovets, CCE, CME, CE, Skin Specialist
Inga is Russian and was raised in Prague, Czech Republic. She studied and attended University in Florence, Italy. She has extensive experience in the aesthetics industry and worked 7 years in Europe before moving to the U.S.
Ingas specialty is her “Buccal” facial massage. She is well known in Tampa for this very specialized facial, which is heavily influenced by Lifting and Sculpting massage techniques. It is often referenced as the “Face Lift” facial. She is known for her firm yet gentle touch, positive outlook and endless energy.

McKenzi Bauer, LE, Skin Specialist
Born in Ohio, McKenzi moved to the Sunshine State 12 years ago, where she started her career as a licensed Medical Aesthetician. She earned her Facial Specialist degree from Beauty and Health Institute in Tampa.
As an Aesthetician McKenzi is very passionate about furthering her education. In 2021 McKenzi was a student in the SkinCeuticals Master Aesthetician Program, where she then became a SkinCeuticals Ambassador Aesthetician. She looks forward to continuing her education with SkinCeuticals and becoming a Master Aesthetician for them.

Amber has practiced as a licensed medical aesthetician for over 15 years specializing in chemical peels, HydraFacials, microneedling and other facial treatments tailored to meet our clients needs. She holds a vast knowledge of medical grade skin care products and believes skin care plays a vital role in helping our clients look and feel their best. Amber is assisting our nurse practitioners during treatments to ensure that our clients have the best experience possible.
When Amber is not working she enjoys boating, going to the beach and spending time with her family.
Leanna Graham, Medical Assistant
Leanna Graham, Medical Assistant
Leanna graduated from Southern Technical College earning her MA degree in September 2020. She was born in Chicago, but was raised and has worked here in Tampa Bay most of her adult life. With over three years in customer service and one in the beauty industry, Leanna has a passion and drive for working with people. In her free time she loves taking her two year old son to the beach and enjoys traveling to different states across the U.S. Leanna can also be found attending hockey games here in the Tampa Bay Area.
Amber Morrison, Operations Manager
Amber has over a decade of administrative and operations experience in the fields of aesthetics, technology, clinical research, the Tampa maritime industry, and most recently insurance.
Through her aesthetics background, Amber was able to gain extensive knowledge on injectables and non-invasive procedures. She believes you should feel confident in knowing what you’re getting done, as well as the beautiful results you should expect afterwards.
Amber is a Tampa native and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising & Public Relations from the University of Tampa. She enjoys kayaking, yoga, traveling with her husband Dave, and spending time with friends and family.

Corie is a Sunshine state native and was born in Cocoa, Florida. No stranger to customer service, she’s worked in hospitality for nearly 15 years. She joined the medspa industry 2 years ago, and with her warm and bubbly personality and friendly disposition she makes a great asset to our reception team. When Corie isn’t busy bustling around the place greeting customers, answering the phone, and doing inventory – she enjoys personal time with family. She is an Aunt to a beautiful niece that was born two years ago that she describes as “her world”. She also enjoys time at the beach, nature adventures, fishing, and camping as some of her favorite things to do. She feels blessed to be a part of this beautiful ÉLAN sisterhood and is very excited for this new chapter in her life!
