• Should our clients need a refund on a pre-paid package, funds will be reallocated in the form of an ÉLAN store credit.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products or gift cards.
• Performance of any service is at the sole discretion of our medical staff.
• If you are not an appropriate candidate for a service you have purchased, the purchase amount may be applied towards another service or products that are available on our store.
